Debajit has more than 12 nine years of corporate finance and management consulting experience across India and Singapore. Prior to joining Rippledot, Debajit led IT & BPO services coverage for Macquarie Capital in Asia and was involved in a number of cross-border M&A and capital raising transactions. He has also worked with Avendus Capital, a boutique investment bank in India, as well as with the management consulting practice of Accenture in India.

Debajit has a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati and a MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Though a TMET expert, Debajit is an astute generalist who can dive deep with his clients, no matter the sector. “I have the ability to sit with entrepreneurs and thoroughly understand their businesses and get into the nitty-gritty,” he says. “At the end of each deal, I usually feel I know as much about the businesses as the owners themselves!”
