We advised Oslo Børs-listed Eltek ASA on the sale of its 50.1% percent stake in SGX-listed company Nera Telecommunications to the Northstar Group.

Nera Telecommunications (“NeraTel”) is one of Southeast Asia’s largest independent systems integrators for telecom and infocom networks. Headquartered in Singapore, it has operations in 14 countries in Southeast Asia, India, Middle East and North Africa with long-standing strategic relationships with Tier 1 telecom service providers in these regions.

The sale marks the final step of a series of transactions aimed at enabling Eltek to refocus on its core power electronics business.
