Cong Chen

Cong has more than ten years of corporate finance advisory experience in Sydney and Singapore. Prior to joining Rippledot Capital, Cong was an Associate in Macquarie Capital’s TMET group in Singapore and Sydney.

Cong has a Master of Finance from INSEAD and Bachelor’s Degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

A self-described “data-driven guy”, Cong is known to bring structure and direction to every deal. “I follow a very structured process,” he says. “My job is to get deals completed and drive everyone towards that common end goal.”
